Continuous Enrollment

If your student is returning for 2026–27, you do not need to reapply — just keep accounts current and watch for a few key dates.

2026–27 School Year

Start Here

Legacy has used Continuous Enrollment for seven years. Families tell us they appreciate how simple the Continuous Enrollment Agreement (CEA) makes re-enrollment. About 92% of Legacy families choose to continue as part of the Legacy community.

Returning

No action needed

If your student(s) will remain a Legacy Eagle for 2026–27, you do not need to re-submit an enrollment packet — as long as your financial accounts stay current.

Past-due tuition or incidental balances concede your student’s seat. The $600/student re-enrollment fee must also be paid on time to keep the seat.

Key Dates for Families

These dates protect your student’s seat and clarify when fees and tuition begin.

  1. January 30, 2026 Deadline to submit the LCA Withdrawal Form if your family is not returning for 2026–27.
  2. Early February When the CEA is unchanged, the $600/student annual enrollment fee is billed to your FACTS incidental account.
  3. February 28 Payment of the $600 re-enrollment fee is due. Unpaid fees withdraw the student for the upcoming year, and the seat may be offered to a wait-pool family.
  4. March Tuition payments begin through your FACTS account according to your payment plan. Pay-in-full is due in March (March 5 or March 20).

Staying at Legacy

If Your Family Is Returning

Under the CEA, remaining enrolled is straightforward:

  • Keep all tuition and incidental billing accounts current. A past-due balance concedes your student’s seat to another applicant.
  • Pay the $600/student annual re-enrollment fee by the deadline. With increasing enrollment and wait pools in most grades, unpaid fees or a withdrawal form also concede the seat.
  • When the CEA itself is updated, families submit an online enrollment packet and the fee is collected then. When the CEA is unchanged, the fee is billed through FACTS in early February.

Review the full agreement anytime in FACTS ParentsWeb under School Information > Resource Documents > CEA for RENWEB.pdf.

Leaving Legacy

If Your Family Is Not Returning

Submit the LCA Withdrawal Form for each student by January 30, 2026 to be relieved of the tuition obligation for 2026–27 and to avoid the non-refundable $600 registration fee for the upcoming year.

Withdrawals received after January 30 are subject to financial penalties detailed in the Continuous Enrollment Agreement.

Your Questions Answered

Continuous Enrollment FAQs

Where can I review the Continuous Enrollment Agreement?

Use the RenWeb Home app, or go to www.factsmgt.com and log in to your FACTS / RenWeb Parents account. Then open School Information > Resource Documents > CEA for RENWEB.pdf.

FACTS and RenWeb have merged; the current name is FACTS Management.

How is the $600/student annual re-enrollment fee paid?

When a revised CEA requires every current family to submit an online enrollment packet, the fee is collected with that packet.

When there is no change to the CEA, each family is billed $600 per student through the FACTS incidental account in early February. Payment is due by February 28 to secure enrollment for the upcoming year. Payment not received by February 28 results in withdrawal for the upcoming year, and the seat may be offered to a wait-pool family.

How do I update family demographic information in FACTS?

Log in to your FACTS Parents account (app or www.factsmgt.com), then go to Family Information > Family Profile > Demographic.

How do I change my FACTS payment plan?

A payment plan is selected when a family submits an online enrollment packet (required when the CEA is updated). When the CEA is not updated, the business office sends a payment plan confirmation with instructions on how to adjust your plan.

Questions? Contact Evi Burgo at evi.burgo@legacyca.com.

When do tuition payments start for the upcoming year?

The $600 re-enrollment fee is due in January if the CEA is updated, or in February if there are no CEA changes. Tuition payments begin in March through your FACTS account according to your payment plan.

If we pay tuition in full, do we still need a FACTS account?

Yes. All families need a FACTS account. Payment in full is due in March and can be made on either March 5 or March 20.

Can grandparents or another person pay our tuition?

The FACTS account must be in the name of the parent or legal guardian who signed the CEA. If another individual helps pay tuition, arrange that payment with them individually.

Can we use a 529 account for Legacy tuition?

Please contact your 529 provider for details on using those funds for private school tuition.

How do we withdraw so we are not charged the $600 fee?

Complete the LCA Withdrawal Form by January 30. Withdrawals after that date are subject to financial penalties in the Continuous Enrollment Agreement.
