Legacy Christian Academy's Department of College Advising considers themselves a part of your family's team as your student applies to colleges.
With our students achieving 100 percent acceptance into colleges and universities, we know our college advising program works and provides families with the support they need during this important transition.
In line with Legacy's mission, we want students equipped to succeed in college and beyond. Through the College Discovery Process, we guide students to understand their unique design, steward their gifts for Kingdom work, and grow in knowledge of our Creator.

The College Discovery Process
The college discovery process begins with exploration and culminates with the enrollment deposit. Our team is proactive in research and assists families at every grade level — so you know what to do now and how to prepare for the transitions ahead.

After the Junior Family Conference, our team supports research, application, essays, testing, and post-graduation plans — including summer guidance before senior year.

Beginning in 9th grade, LCA students and parents have the opportunity to work with our college advisors to navigate the journey to post-graduation.
No. Our Department of College Advising provides grade-level programming and meetings throughout high school — from exploration in 9th and 10th grade to intensive application support in junior and senior year.
It is LCA's framework for guiding students from exploration through enrollment. We help students understand their unique design, discover best-fit colleges, and steward their gifts for Kingdom work. Learn more about the process.
